Can Egyptian passport holders with an EU/EEA residence permit enter Albania?
Yes. With a valid EU residence permit, Egyptian passport holders can enter Albania visa-free for up to 90 days, instead of e-visa on the passport alone.

Conditions
- A visa must be MULTIPLE-ENTRY and already used in the country that issued it (Schengen, US or UK).
- Residence permits from a Schengen state, an EU state, the US or the UK qualify without those tests.
- You must leave Albania no later than 3 days after the visa or residence permit expires.
- 90 days within any 180-day period.
Also accepted instead of an EU/EEA residence permit: Schengen visa, US visa, US Green Card, UK residence permit, UK visa.
