Can Indian passport holders with an EU/EEA residence permit enter Colombia?
Yes. With a valid EU residence permit, Indian passport holders can enter Colombia visa-free for up to 90 days, instead of e-visa on the passport alone.

Conditions
- Open only to nationals of Cambodia, China, India, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
- A Schengen or US VISA must be valid at least 180 days on the day you enter Colombia. A current Schengen or US residence permit qualifies with no minimum.
- Short stays under 90 days, extendable up to 180 in the cases the rules allow.
Also accepted instead of an EU/EEA residence permit: US visa, US Green Card, Schengen visa.
