Can Kenyan passport holders with an EU/EEA residence permit enter Armenia?
Yes. With a valid EU residence permit, Kenyan passport holders can enter Armenia visa-free for up to 180 days. On the passport alone they would need a visa.

Conditions
- Temporary scheme from 1 July 2026 to 1 July 2027: nationals of 111 listed countries who hold a residence permit from the US, an EU or Schengen state, or a Gulf state (UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman) can enter Armenia without a visa.
- The residence permit must be valid for at least 6 months from the date you enter Armenia.
- Up to 180 days within any one-year period.
- Bring the permit as a physical card or as a sticker in your passport. Border officers may accept it only if it shows, in Latin script, the document's title, your name, nationality, date of birth and its validity dates.
- A visa (rather than a residence permit) from these countries does not count.
Also accepted instead of an EU/EEA residence permit: US Green Card, GCC residence permit.
