Conditions

A residence permit from Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar or Kuwait, or a UAE resident visa, valid MORE THAN 6 months.
The visa is issued on arrival at Azerbaijan's international airports (ASAN Visa), for up to 30 days.
US, Schengen and UK visas are not part of this route.
Citizens of Syria, Afghanistan and Iraq are asked to contact an Azerbaijani embassy before travelling.
