Can Nigerian passport holders with a Schengen visa enter Saudi Arabia?
Yes. With a valid Schengen visa, Nigerian passport holders can enter Saudi Arabia with an e-visa (up to 90 days). On the passport alone they would need a visa.

Conditions
- Tourist e-Visa, 1-year multiple entry, 90 days total stay.
- The supporting US/UK/Schengen visa must be a tourist or business visa, and must already have been used at least once to enter the issuing country — an entry stamp is required.
- Permanent residents of the US, UK or EU qualify without the used-once test.
- Passport must be valid at least 6 months from intended entry.
- Mandatory health insurance is bundled into the e-Visa fee.
- Not available to Israeli passport holders: Saudi Arabia's foreign minister stated in January 2020 that holders of Israeli passports cannot visit the kingdom.
Also accepted instead of a Schengen visa: US visa, UK visa, US Green Card, EU/EEA residence permit, UK residence permit.
