Can Indian passport holders with a UK residence permit enter Costa Rica?
Yes. With a valid UK residence permit, Indian passport holders can enter Costa Rica visa-free for up to 30 days. On the passport alone they would need a visa.

Conditions
- A multiple-entry US or Canadian visa or residence of any category (US C1, C2 and C3 transit visas do not count), valid for at least 1 day on arrival. Your stay cannot run past its expiry.
- Or a Schengen category C or D visa — multiple-entry only — valid for at least 1 day on arrival and already in force.
- Or residence in the UK, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland or an EU country that allows multiple entries or has at least 90 days left (refugee/asylum status excluded).
- Japanese and South Korean visas do NOT qualify under the current guidelines.
Also accepted instead of a UK residence permit: US visa, US Green Card, Canadian visa, Canadian PR, Schengen visa, EU/EEA residence permit.
