Can Sri Lankan passport holders with a UK residence permit enter Panama?
Yes. With a valid UK residence permit, Sri Lankan passport holders can enter Panama visa-free for up to 30 days. On the passport alone they would need a visa.

Conditions
- Qualifying issuers: Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, the UK, the US or any EU member state — a valid visa or residence permit.
- A VISA must be multiple-entry, already used in the issuing country, and valid at least 6 months on entry to Panama. A residence permit need only be valid.
- Passport valid at least 3 months; proof of US$500 funds and a return ticket are required.
- Maximum stay 30 days.
Also accepted instead of a UK residence permit: US visa, US Green Card, UK visa, Canadian visa, Australian visa, Schengen visa, EU/EEA residence permit, Japanese visa, South Korean visa, Irish visa, Canadian PR.
