• Your UK residence permit is valid on the day you travel
• Your UK residence permit has at least 180 days left on it
• A 14-day visa (AED 100, extendable once) or a 60-day visa (AED 250, single entry, not extendable).
• ICP lists a valid residence permit from the US, an EU member state, the UK, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand or Canada. An ordinary US visa is reported to qualify for Indian nationals but is not on the official page, so that route is graded check.
• The qualifying document must be valid at least 6 months.
• Passport must be valid at least 6 months.

Also accepted instead of a UK residence permit: US visa, US Green Card, EU/EEA residence permit, Canadian PR.
