Can Thai passport holders with a US Green Card enter Colombia?
Yes. With a valid US Green Card, Thai passport holders can enter Colombia visa-free for up to 90 days, instead of e-visa on the passport alone.

Conditions
- Open only to nationals of Cambodia, China, India, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
- A Schengen or US VISA must be valid at least 180 days on the day you enter Colombia. A current Schengen or US residence permit qualifies with no minimum.
- Short stays under 90 days, extendable up to 180 in the cases the rules allow.
Also accepted instead of a US Green Card: US visa, Schengen visa, EU/EEA residence permit.
