Can Cambodian passport holders with a US visa enter Albania?
Yes. With a valid US visa, Cambodian passport holders can enter Albania visa-free for up to 90 days, instead of e-visa on the passport alone.

Conditions
- A visa must be MULTIPLE-ENTRY and already used in the country that issued it (Schengen, US or UK).
- Residence permits from a Schengen state, an EU state, the US or the UK qualify without those tests.
- You must leave Albania no later than 3 days after the visa or residence permit expires.
- 90 days within any 180-day period.
Also accepted instead of a US visa: Schengen visa, US Green Card, EU/EEA residence permit, UK residence permit, UK visa.
