Yes. With a valid US visa, Chinese passport holders can enter Philippines visa-free for up to 7 days. On the passport alone they would need a visa.

Conditions
- Mainland Chinese nationals with a valid Australian, Japanese, Canadian, Schengen or US visa: 7 days, extendable by 14 to a maximum of 21.
- This is SHORTER than the 14 days visa-free that Chinese nationals receive with no supporting visa, so it is not a gain.
- No derogatory records with the Bureau of Immigration.
Also accepted instead of a US visa: Japanese visa, Australian visa, Canadian visa, Schengen visa, UK visa, US Green Card, EU/EEA residence permit, UK residence permit, Canadian PR.
