Can Filipino passport holders with a US visa enter Canada?
Yes. With a valid US visa, Filipino passport holders can enter Canada with an electronic travel authorisation (up to 180 days). On the passport alone they would need a visa.

Conditions
- eTA expansion programme. Air travel only — arriving by land, sea, bus or train still needs a visitor visa.
- Requires a currently valid US non-immigrant visa, or a Canadian visitor visa held in the previous 10 years.
- The US visa must be valid when you apply for the eTA, but need not still be valid when you travel.
- For a temporary stay, normally up to six months.
- India is NOT on the eligible list — an Indian passport holder with a US visa still needs a full Canadian visa.
