Can Jamaican passport holders with an EU/EEA residence permit enter Honduras?
Yes. With a valid EU residence permit, Jamaican passport holders can enter Honduras visa-free for up to 90 days. On the passport alone they would need a visa.

Conditions
- Only for nationals in CA-4 Category B for Honduras, for example India, the Philippines, Thailand, Egypt and Morocco. Category C nationals (for example Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Nepal) with such a visa still need a consular visa (CA-4 manual, provision B.2).
- Qualifying documents: a valid US, Canadian or Schengen visa (provision B.1), or a valid permanent or temporary residence permit from a Category A country, such as the US, Canada or an EU state (provision A.1).
- Some secondary sources say US C1 (transit) and D (crew) visas do not qualify; the CA-4 manual does not say either way. Confirm first if yours is one of these.
- Up to 90 days in the CA-4 region, granted at the border and extendable once (CA-4 manual, B.6).
- Passport valid at least 3 months from arrival.
- CA-4 zone: the allowance is shared with Guatemala and El Salvador.
Also accepted instead of an EU/EEA residence permit: US visa, US Green Card, Canadian visa, Canadian PR, Schengen visa.
