Can Jamaican passport holders with an EU/EEA residence permit enter Morocco?
Yes. With a valid EU residence permit, Jamaican passport holders can enter Morocco with an e-visa (up to 90 days). On the passport alone they would need a visa.

Conditions
- A CONDITIONAL e-Visa — apply online before travel; not visa-free entry.
- For the 101 nationalities that Morocco's e-Visa portal accepts on this basis (including Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Egypt, Sri Lanka, Kenya and Ukraine), holding a valid visa from the US, UK, a Schengen state, Canada, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Ireland or Norway.
- The portal asks only about visas. Residence permits from those countries are widely reported to qualify too — confirm on the portal before relying on one.
- Some nationalities get Morocco's e-Visa without any other visa (India, Thailand, Vietnam, Jordan and others); others still need a consular visa even with a US visa (e.g. Iran, Syria) or prior authorisation (e.g. Ghana, Ecuador).
